I always want to meet with you to assess any health risk factors and to develop a comprehensive fitness program for you.  Any information is always kept confidential. If you decide to go with personal one-on-one training, we can discuss the program that would be best for you. OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING

 

So you want to be challenged? Obstacle course training is demanding on your body – and it’s not for everyone. Anyone with back, knee, shoulder or joint injuries may find it difficult. What is obstacle course training? Well, have you ever wanted to navigate a 10-foot wall? A 15-foot cargo net? Incline/Decline monkey bars? A grid? A balance beam? Hurdles? At the WTF headquarters in Tampa, FL , WTF President Al Rosen has an obstacle course set up that I have been safety certified to train at. If you’re up for the challenge – I am up for training you there!

This type of training can be done at the course, and conditioning can be done anywhere.  If you ever wanted to compete in an obstacle course competition – this is great training for it.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Don’t have the schedule flexibility or money to meet with a personal trainer?  Ever been in the gym or at home and wanted to work out but just didn’t know where to start?  Didn’t know whether to work biceps with triceps or chest with back?  How many days to do cardio?  When to eat after working out?   Then online training may be for you. This option is best for the person who doesn’t need much help with correct form – but needs something to follow.   I will send you a Health History Form to fill out as well as a chart in which to record your starting measurements and weight.  You will receive a customized workout plan as well as the option of having a weekly or bi-monthly chat session either online or by phone.  Email me at Info@Teresaevans.com for a personalized workout and/or more information on a quote.

Competitive Ice Skater Meghan Power (Check out this future Olympian at www.meghanpower.com)

Megan trains on the ice 2 hours a day during the week, then when she's in Florida she trains with me doing lots of stretches, plyometrics to increase her power and her jumps, and Pilate's exercises to help with strength and flexibility.

Tommy Thomas came to me at 25% body fat and needed help with Boot Camp Preparation since he was leaving for the Air Force in June 2002. When we were done, he had decreased his body fat to 19%, lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 2 inches in his biceps and 4 inches in his quads and lost 6 1/2 inches total in his waist, hips, and abdomen! He came to me barely able to do 5 pushups....and left me doing 45 in less than 2 minutes! Way to go Airman Thomas!

Meet Shannan!

Shannan and I began working out to help her lose weight and tone up!  She has lost over 25 lbs and 20 inches so far!  Keep tabs on this one!

Beth and I train about once every 4 to 6 weeks in person since she lives in Gainesville which is over 2 hours from me.  But she takes back a new workout to follow every time and has been so successful that even her co-workers are asking her to help train them!  I think we have a personal trainer in training here folks!  She’s looking good!

Meet Amy – mother of 1!

Amy is looking better than ever – and has the weight loss and total inches lost to prove it!  Starting at 204 lbs…Amy is now a solid 172 lbs…but you’d never know it by looking at her.  She’s a powerhouse and has the strength of a Marine!  She has lost so many inches I can’t keep count!  Amy will compete in her first obstacle course competition this June!  Keep checking back for her progress!
